Job summary

Accor is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor for Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah. You will lead the Guest Relations team, oversee daily operations, and ensure personalized, memorable experiences for all guests.

You will manage VIP arrivals, coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B, mentor agents, and uphold the Rixos brand identity while maintaining high service standards in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in guest relations or front office.
• Experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team to ensure high service standards.
• Handle VIP arrivals, departures and special requests for memorable experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor Guest Relations Agents to maintain service excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions and local attractions.
• Implement guest recognition programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee guest communication including pre-arrivals and post-departure follow-ups.
