Dubai Luxury Hotel is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Agent to join its Front Office team in the UAE. The role requires delivering a warm, personalized, and luxury guest experience to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, handling VIP guests, coordinating with departments, and maintaining guest profiles to reflect preferences and special requests.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, or luxury hotel guest service.
• Prior experience in a 5-star or international hotel environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service mindset with a warm, polished, and professional approach.
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera or similar PMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professional, personalized service.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, rooming, and guest inquiries.
• Handle VIP and long-stay guests with attention to detail.
• Record guest preferences and follow up throughout the stay.
• Respond to feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Reservations and others.
• Prepare guest amenities and personalized touches.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and records.
• Support lobby presence and arrival/departure experiences.
• Ensure interactions reflect 5-star service standards.
