The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a luxury hotel restaurant, excellent English, superb presentation, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse, high-profile clientele.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in upscale 5‑star hotel or resort restaurant.
• Excellent English communication and strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse, high‑profile clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating and reservations.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Coordinate seating to optimize flow and turnover.
• Maintain an organized reservations system and respond to inquiries.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Support events, VIP arrangements, and special bookings.
• Represent the brand with impeccable grooming and hospitality standards.
