Job summary

Kerzner International, at One&Only The Palm Dubai, seeks a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team. The role supports the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager to uphold resort standards, lead and motivate staff, and ensure service excellence with meticulous attention to detail.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years in luxury hotel environments, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent English communication; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Presents a professional, energetic image that enhances the guest experience and delivers genuine hospitality.
• Ensures all mise-en-place, service areas, and equipment are properly prepared, maintained, and aligned with resort standards.
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge, effectively communicates with colleagues, delegates tasks, and stays updated on daily resort activities.
• Maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism, and environmental responsibility while actively participating in training and team events.
