The role requires strong leadership, a passion for luxury hospitality, and fluency in English to communicate with guests and the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support restaurant operations during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct team briefings, manage floor assignments, and coordinate service flow.
• Coach, train, and guide service associates to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns with effective service recovery.
