Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of local attractions and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth on arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation to rooms.
• Provide information about resort facilities and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation services within the property (buggies/shuttle).
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain features and amenities.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat bell desk and lobby area.
• Assist with valet parking services as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
