Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a guest services professional to deliver unforgettable experiences in a luxury hotel setting. You will anticipate guest needs, answer inquiries about the hotel, rates, and facilities, and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive Anantara manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product and PBX system, including room types, rates, related features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Anantara properties.
• Take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which guest service is delivered, ensuring that it consistently meets the highest Anantara standards.
• Take personal responsibility for addressing all issues related to guest satisfaction and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Be proactive and innovative by suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs and enhance their Anantara experience.
• Develop a close and harmonic working relationship with all hotel departments.
