Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, invites you to join its luxury Front Office team as a guest-focused professional. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless arrivals.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in 5-star Front Office or Guest Services, strong English, Opera PMS knowledge, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office or Guest Services experience in a luxury environment
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Working knowledge of Opera PMS or a comparable hotel property management system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in, check-out and room assignments in accordance with established service standards
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and reservation information in Opera PMS
• Process payments, billing adjustments and cashiering transactions accurately
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth guest experiences
• Provide informed recommendations on resort facilities, dining experiences and local attractions
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays through appropriate room upgrades and resort experiences
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and follow through on requests until resolution
• Maintain accurate shift handovers, operational reports and front-office documentation
• Protect guest privacy and comply with safety, security and financial procedures
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional Front Office environment
