Job summary

SO/ Uptown Dubai is seeking a motivated Front Office Intern to join our luxury hotel team. This internship offers hands-on experience in check-in/check-out, guest relations, reservations, and daily front desk operations, helping you develop professional hospitality skills in a high-end environment.

You will learn to use the hotel PMS, assist with guest inquiries, and support cross-department coordination, while building strong communication and teamwork capabilities for a successful hospitality

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for hospitality.
• Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong teamwork and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Assist with room assignments, reservations, and guest registration.
• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate hotel information.
• Learn and use the hotel's PMS for daily operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Support daily administrative tasks, guest records, and shift handovers.
• Maintain a professional, organized Front Desk environment.
• Work closely with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
