NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel in Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Agent Intern to join the front‑of‑house team. You will gain a comprehensive view of hotel front office operations, ensuring seamless check‑ins, personalized service, and memorable stays for global travelers.

The internship offers hands‑on experience alongside experienced hospitality professionals, with exposure to guest relations, reservations, and hospitality software systems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a hospitality-related degree.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome & Registration: assist arrivals/departures and verify IDs and payments.
• Inquiry Handling: respond to questions about hotel amenities, hours and local sights.
• Problem Resolution: listen to feedback and resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
• System Management: learn PMS and update guest profiles and transactions.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and Bell Services.
• Administrative Support: assist with billing audits, handovers and VIP welcome packs.
