Job summary

The role requires 2-3 years in a luxury hotel setting, strong guest service skills, and IT proficiency with PMS software. Fluency in German or Russian is an advantage. Flexible shifts including weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-end or luxury hotel front desk or equivalent.
• Proven track record in front desk/reception in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in or knowledge of a European language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception services for guests from check-in through check-out.
• Assist guests with queries and upsell hotel services.
• Maintain awareness of guest feedback and coordinate with teams as needed.
• Deliver high level of customer service and professional appearance at all times.
• Support night team training and development when required.
• Know hotel room categories, rates, packages and promotions.
