Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and manage check-in/check-out at the Reception Desk.
• Maintain a warm, personal welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Follow hotel standards and telephone etiquette; uphold safety and ethics policies.
• Upsell room brands to drive rate and RevPAR.
