Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager - Transportation Services to lead the resort's Limousine Services team. Based in the UAE, the role oversees daily limousine operations, scheduling, dispatch, and route planning to deliver premium guest experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or business degree, 5–7 years in luxury transportation with 2+ in management, a valid license, and proven leadership to coach chauffeurs and coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in hotel or luxury transportation, with 2+ years in management.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and guest service standards.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of local traffic regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Maintain compliance with local laws, licensing and hotel policies.
• Maintain insurance docs and regulatory compliance records.
• Ensure Forbes Five Star standards are met.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager - Transportation Services to join the resort’s Limousine Services team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily limousine and transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Ensure all services meet luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs and transportation staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and guest-centric service.
• Ensure personalized and seamless transportation for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.
• Handle special requests, complaints, and last-minute arrangements with discretion and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams to coordinate logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.
• Manage relationships with external transportation providers and leasing companies.
• Monitor and control transportation budgets and expenses.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local laws, licensing, and hotel policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain insurance documentation and regulatory compliance records.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in hotel or luxury transportation services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, guest service standards, and transportation logistics.
• Valid driver’s license and understanding of local traffic regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
