Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Fashion Consultant to drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support CRM and CX initiatives in-store. You will collect insights, manage omni-channel client relationships, and promote the brand's loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is essential; Russian is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury retail and clienteling is required.
• Ability to manage client databases and CRM with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Provide feedback on products based on customer input.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and app offerings.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines and SOPs.
• Support click-and-collect operations within SLAs.
• Capture customer data per marketing requirements.
• Assist in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay updated on brand social media campaigns.
• Drive sell-through within the store.
• Support CX initiatives in-store.
• Contribute feedback on what works well or not in-store.
• Maintain product knowledge of luxury brands.
