Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and evaluating satisfaction.
• Ability to speak, listen and write effectively in English.
• Knowledge of restaurant information and promotions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Micros/Opera/Seven Rooms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions.
• Collaborative, professional conduct in a multicultural setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Active service mindset to maximize selling opportunities.
• Follow instructions from Outlet Manager and report issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to hotel policies and department standards.
• Represent the department and hotel through grooming and attitude.
• Understand Ennismore principles to maximize guest revenue.
• Be fluent in hotel products and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle online bookings, emails and calls for restaurant reservations.
• Offer appropriate products to guests at the right time.
• Review booked reports for accuracy and keep records updated.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with events.
