• Review bookings reports and ensure reservation accuracy.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist Hostess in seating and support restaurant operations.
• Explain current F&B promotions and partnerships to guests.
• Manage complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Prepare proforma invoices for events and collect payments.
• Ensure correct minimum age for alcoholic beverages per regulations.
• Maintain records and reports essential to operation.
• Understand health, safety, sustainability policies and procedures.
