Job summary

SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences in Dowtown Dubai is seeking a guest-focused Reservations/Sales associate. You will handle online bookings, emails, and calls, promote F&B offerings, and ensure a high standard of service while supporting the Guest Experience team.

You will upsell, answer inquiries, and coordinate with hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Fluency in English is essential; local language skills are a plus, with a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and meeting quality standards are required.
• Ability to speak, listen and write effectively in English; local language helpful.
• Knowledge of restaurant information and promotions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to hotel policies and department standards of operation.
• Represent the department and hotel with grooming and professional attitude.
• Understand Ennismore principles to maximize revenue from guest inquiries.
• Handle online bookings, emails and phone calls for restaurant reservations.
• Provide personalized service and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist with host/hostess duties and seating while during busy periods.
• Prepare proposals and process payments for F&B events.
• Maintain records and report issues to management promptly.
