Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a talented F&B Executive to join the Marketing & Communications team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the overall F&B marketing strategy for our restaurants, lounges, bars and culinary concepts, while maintaining each outlet’s unique brand identity and high-quality asset production.

You will collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and various internal departments to synchronize promotions, campaigns, and events across the properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of content coordination, design basics, and creative asset development (Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the overall F&B marketing strategy for all restaurants, lounges, bars, and culinary concepts.
• Assist in maintaining each outlet’s unique brand identity through consistent content, visual materials, and messaging.
• Support the execution of key elements within marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid digital activations.
• Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to ensure accurate and high-quality production of menus, collateral, digital assets, and photographs.
• Assist the social media team with content planning, experience scheduling, and coordination with outlets.
• Liaise daily with F&B Operations, Brand, PR, and Social Media teams to ensure alignment on promotions, events, and marketing updates.
