Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai is seeking a front office professional to greet guests, assist with check-in, and deliver personalized service across luxury hospitality experiences. You will maintain guest profiles, communicate with departments, and coordinate VIP amenities under guidance from senior team members.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or hospitality diploma and 1–2 years in guest-facing roles within luxury hospitality or customer service, with a focus on impeccable

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
• Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Support the team in managing reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
