Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel F&B is preferred.
• Proven guest-service orientation and high standards.
• Proficiency in the Russian language will be considered an added value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise opening and closing brigades.
• Assist the assistant manager in planning according to reservations and events.
• Check the condition and cleanliness of all operating equipment and furniture.
• Assist in the training of waiter/waitress and junior waiters.
• Ensure the correct setup of the restaurant section assigned to you.
• Welcome guests at your station and assist in seating.
