Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi invites applications for an Assistant Club Lounge Manager to lead the Club Lounge operations within the Rooms Division. You will ensure smooth service delivery, staff discipline, and guest recognition while upholding Mandarin Oriental standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in Front Office/Club Lounge/F&B at a luxury property, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English (German/French a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, Club Lounge, and Food & Beverage within a luxury property.
• Strong and excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with a focus on delivering personalized guest service.
• Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS), MS Office, and Guest History databases.
• Fluency in English is required; German and French are assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Club Lounge operations, ensuring smooth workflows, staffing, and service delivery.
• Supervise colleague performance, grooming, and behaviour to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Train, coach, and develop Club Lounge colleagues through structured programs.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, security, and hygiene standards.
• Manage guest recognition, VIP handling, and history records.
