You will enter and verify information in the sales software, coordinate with clients by phone and email, and uphold the highest standards of service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsabilités

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, emailing, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders) throughout the sales process.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities, hours, rates, packages, events.
• Enter and verify information in sales software and maintain guest relationships.
