The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations across the hospitality sales cycle. You will prepare proposals and contracts, gather promotional materials, and help maintain brand image while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will communicate with clients by phone and email, manage inquiries, and enter data into sales software. A professional appearance and adherence to policies are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare sales documents such as proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages, events).
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members.
• Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
