Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales & Marketing support associate to help with office duties and the preparation of proposals, contracts, and event orders. You will promote the brand image and assist in assembling information packets for clients.

You will manage inquiries from guests, provide information about facilities and promotions, and maintain professional communication by phone and email while supporting the sales team to maximize revenue and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (hours of operation, rates and room types, promotions, events).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
