Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to deliver warm, personalised luxury service across the guest journey. You will be the first and last touchpoint, building meaningful relationships, recognizing VIPs, and anticipating needs to ensure memorable stays.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will work with Reservations, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other teams to uphold IHG luxury standards and drive guest satisfaction.

• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth during arrival and departure.
• Deliver personalised service throughout each guest's stay.
• Recognise VIPs and returning guests and tailor experiences.
• Coordinate guest requests and special occasions with precision.
• Maintain guest profiles in Opera PMS for personalised service.
• Support Front Office operations and hotel-wide collaboration.
