Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Experience with international guests is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and polished presentation required.

Responsibilities

Welcome arriving guests warmly and create a professional first impression.
Greet guests in a confident, courteous, and engaging manner.
Coordinate seating according to reservation status and table availability.
Inform guests accurately about expected waiting times when immediate seating is unavailable.
Maintain and monitor the restaurant waiting list throughout service.
Escort guests to their assigned tables in a polished and professional manner.
Communicate naturally with guests while maintaining luxury service standards.
Bid guests farewell as they leave and help create a positive final impression of the dining experience.
