Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is looking for dedicated hospitality staff to ensure guests have the 'Ultimate Experience'. Your primary role will be to provide hands-on support to colleagues while maintaining high standards of service and courtesy.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Hotel School Degree, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international environment. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Organized and well planned.
• Able to work with speed and efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests live the 'Ultimate Experience'.
• Provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues.
• Handle guest complaints according to policy.
• Ensure room/restaurant set up is according to set standard.
• Control usage of food and beverage items.

Skills

Up-selling skills training

Knowledge of Micros system

Excellent spoken and written English
