ELE Interior Design in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital activities across two brands, ensuring strong brand visibility, lead generation, and online performance. The role focuses on campaign management, SEO, analytics, and platform optimization, with close collaboration with Management, Sales, and the Marketing team.

A degree in marketing and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in: Google Ads (Search, Display).
• SEO (technical & content optimization).
• Website CMS management (WordPress or similar).
• Analytics & reporting.
• Strong execution capability with attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills with performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Experience in design, architecture, real estate, or luxury sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage digital operations across two companies.
• Clear communication with internal teams.
• Proactive approach to optimization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved digital marketing plans across both companies.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns and SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Monitor cost-per-lead and campaign performance.
• Perform competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
• Coordinate with web developers for site improvements.
• Track performance data and provide ROI insights.
• CRM lead tracking in Zoho and handovers to Sales.
