Job summary

Kayzin Recruitment in the UAE Dubai area is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Manager to own online growth from day one. You will manage online revenue, the Shopify store, and in-house paid media, shaping the channel from early stage with clear scope to grow the team as the business scales.

You’ll own budgets, campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, and use AI tools to create fast-turnaround assets. Weekly reports and close cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong Shopify experience and full-funnel understanding.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools for creative, copy, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance changes without dashboards.
• Proactive, test-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Nice to have: Shopify subscription apps and GCC e-commerce exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads; test new channels.

An established UAE group is launching a new brand under their current umbrella company group. They’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to own its online growth from day one.

This is a high-ownership role reporting into senior leadership. You’ll be responsible for online revenue, managing the Shopify store and running paid media in-house. It’s a chance to shape the channel from an early stage, with real scope to grow the role and the team as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning online revenue, budgets and targets for ROAS and CAC


• Planning, building and optimising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, and testing new channels


• Setting the creative direction for ads and producing fast-turnaround assets using AI tools


• Managing the Shopify store day to day and improving conversion across the funnel


• Driving repeat purchases and subscription growth through email and SMS flows


• Delivering weekly performance reports and demand forecasts


• Working closely with the Marketing, IT, Fulfilment and Customer Service teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with accountability for budget and results


• Strong Shopify experience and a solid understanding of the full online funnel


• Daily, practical use of AI tools for creative, copy, analysis and reporting


• Strong analytical skills, so you can work out why performance changed without relying on a pre-built dashboard


• A proactive, test-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership


• Nice to have: experience with Shopify subscription apps, and DTC or e-commerce experience in the GCC
