Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Senior CVM & Commercial Manager to build and lead the Customer Value Management program for luxury retail loyalty. You will drive long-term revenue growth by maximizing member value, segmentation, and personalized journeys across omnichannel experiences.

The role requires establishing the CVM function from scratch, developing playbooks, and partnering with Insights, Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to optimize retention, churn reduction, and lifetime value across the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in CVM, CRM, Loyalty Marketing, or Customer Analytics, with senior exposure.
Strong commercial acumen and proven revenue growth through segmentation and personalized strategies.
Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across luxury retail contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead establishment of the CVM practice with governance, processes, and tools.
Develop and own the CVM strategy aligned with luxury brand values.
Create CVM Playbooks, customer journeys, and KPI dashboards.
Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to drive loyalty and LTV.
