Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-5 years experience of successfully running a profitable retail store.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
• Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying and Planning.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards within brand guidelines and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor sales per square foot to maximize productivity.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to meet/exceed targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members towards goals and objectives.
• Coach and motivate team to improve performance and develop for higher roles.
