Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Senior CVM & Commercial Manager to build and lead the Customer Value Management practice for the luxury retail loyalty program. The role aims to drive long-term revenue growth by maximizing member value across segments, down to individual members, while optimizing retention and reducing churn.

You will establish the CVM function from scratch, develop strategies and playbooks, and partner with Data Analytics, Insights, Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 12+ years in CVM, CRM, Loyalty Marketing or Customer Analytics with 3–5 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record building CVM practices or loyalty programs from inception.
• Strong commercial acumen and revenue growth through segmentation and personalized strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment of the CVM practice including governance, processes, and playbooks.
• Develop and own the CVM strategy aligned with luxury brand values.
• Define and optimize customer segmentation, journeys, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Marketing, CRM, and IT teams.
• Set and monitor KPIs and dashboards for segmentation and campaign ROI.
