Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive luxury brand acquisition for its retail portfolio. The role involves identifying international and emerging brands, evaluating fit, and leading negotiations through onboarding and launch.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Marketing and Operations, translating market insights into compelling proposals for senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, brand acquisition or related field.
• Proven ability to identify, scout and acquire international or emerging luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, distribution models and commercial dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and evaluate international luxury brands aligned with business strategy.
• Lead commercial negotiations, assess terms, margins and contracts.
• Coordinate end-to-end acquisition from outreach to onboarding and launch.
• Develop business cases and financial assessments for senior management.
