Job summary

Al Tayer Motors UAE is seeking a customer-focused professional to coordinate vehicle handovers, prepare configuration records, and liaise with customers on delays or changes. The role includes explaining vehicle features, guiding customers to the service department, and coordinating registrations with sales and logistics.

A bilingual Arabic/English speaker with 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bilingual in Arabic and English required.

Solid knowledge of automobile sales beneficial.
Minimum 2 years in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

Liaise with PDI department on vehicle readiness and schedule handover appointments.
Prepare Vehicle Configuration Records prior to delivery.
Coordinate with customers regarding delays or specification changes.
Ensure vehicle handovers meet company standards, including off-site deliveries.
Provide comprehensive explanations of vehicle features and innovations to new owners.
Ensure customers are aware of accessories and warranties.
Introduce customers to the service department.
Coordinate with sales advisors and logistics for registration and delivery processes.
Maintain accurate delivery status records and daily reports.
Work as part of a cohesive customer-focused team.
