Qualifications

• High school qualification.
• 4-5 years experience in Sales or Customer Service environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the sales team to achieve department targets.
• Analyse sales data to maximize day-to-day sales.
• Resolve customer complaints, escalating as needed to the store manager.
• Maintain grooming, presentation and professional conduct standards.
• Motivate the team to achieve goals and recognize achievements.
• Induct new starters into the department team and train staff.
• Collaborate with the store manager and training department on staff training.
• Monitor stock levels and report depletions or losses to prevent shrinkage.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Uphold housekeeping standards on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Comply with all company policies including refunds, security, and health and safety.
