The role requires 1-2 years in an international luxury setting, a Diploma in Culinary preferred, and a flair for creativity, precision, and collaboration with culinary teams to meet event briefs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary preferred; strong practical experience in culinary decoration may be considered.
• 1-2 years in a similar luxury hotel environment desired.
• Ability to transform concepts into decorative pieces with precision and luxury presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create customized culinary artwork for hotel events, celebrations, and VIP functions.
• Produce decorative food presentations matching event themes and luxury standards.
• Support ice carving requirements for banquets and restaurant displays.
• Create vegetable carvings for buffets and themed events.
• Produce chocolate carvings and decorative elements as needed.
• Apply cake painting techniques for customized designs.
• Develop artistic concepts from event briefs and operational needs.
• Coordinate with Banquets Sales and F&B teams on decoration items.
• Prepare designs for food displays and event installations.
• Assist with signage concepts for banquets and other functions.
• Maintain high presentation standards and on-time delivery.
