Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Cuisine, Banquets to lead the high-volume resort kitchen to the highest standards. You will ensure hygiene, maintain stock levels, coordinate with other departments and manage the kitchen's P&L.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Catering and have 8–10 years in a 5-star international hotel, with 2–3 years in a management role; HACCP and health & safety expertise are essential; experience in large banquet operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or similar required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain/hotel.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a management role (e.g., CDC or similar).
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize all restaurant kitchen operations to the highest standards.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation across the kitchen and manage stock levels.
• Coordinate with other departments and train staff; manage kitchen P&L.
• Direct, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver peak service levels.
• Communicate guest feedback to chef in charge and management to maintain quality.
