Job summary

You will drive a hospitality-led resident experience, oversee facilities, budgets, and contracts, and manage relationships with residents, landlords and service providers.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or Facilities Management and 10+ years' UAE experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing premium residential communities in Dubai/UAE
• Proven ability to deliver hospitality-led service to high-net-worth residents
• Strong commercial understanding of budgets, contracts, and KPIs
