Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate seeks a Director – Resi Comm+ to lead strategic and operational performance of its residential and commercial portfolio in Dubai. You will drive asset value, revenue optimization, tenant satisfaction, and oversee leasing, service charge governance, and capital improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in asset management with senior leadership experience in UAE markets, and hold a related bachelor's degree; an MBA or MSc is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• MBA/MS Real Estate or Asset Management preferred for senior leadership.
• 20+ years in asset and property management with senior leadership experience in large mixed-use portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset strategies for residential and commercial assets.
• Drive annual planning processes, performance benchmarking, and asset repositioning.
• Increase NOI and deliver approved 5-year asset plans.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and capital expenditure plans with Finance.
• Ensure service charge governance, transparency, and governance compliance.
