Job summary

Raffles Dubai is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver personalized and efficient reservations services to guests, partners and other business sources, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of reservations. You will work under the Reservations & Revenue Manager to uphold Raffles’ luxury standards.

With at least 2 years in hotel reservations, you will master Opera Cloud PMS and Resaweb, while leveraging upselling opportunities and maintaining exceptional guest experiences within a luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred; equivalent hospitality experience may be considered.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Opera PMS, Resaweb and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hotel reservations and distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation-related emails, calls and enquiries with professionalism.
• Create, modify and cancel reservations per hotel procedures.
• Maintain accuracy in Opera Cloud PMS and Resaweb and ensure guest data integrity.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize room revenue and conversions.
• Collaborate with Reservations & Revenue Management on initiatives and trends.
