Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a friendly Cluster Guest Service Operator to welcome guests across Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. You will handle calls, enquiries and requests with warmth, accuracy and efficiency, ensuring guests are connected with the right team.

The role involves coordinating across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of facilities and promotions, and delivering personalised service that reflects each brand’s character.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel telephone operations or guest services is preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and guest request platforms desirable.
• Clear spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external calls promptly with appropriate greeting and service standards.
• Provide accurate information about facilities, services, dining and local attractions.
• Handle guest enquiries with care and discretion; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Record guest requests accurately and coordinate with relevant departments for timely action.
• Maintain handover notes to support consistent service across shifts.
