As part of a renowned hospitality group, you will guide guests on dining, wellness, and local experiences, while maintaining professional standards and privacy. Night shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or guest services.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Familiarity with front desk processes and guest billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver personalised service in line with Banyan Tree standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, recognise preferences and special occasions, and arrange thoughtful touches.
• Share recommendations on resort facilities, dining, wellness experiences and local attractions.
• Handle guest enquiries and concerns with care, resolving issues within your authority and escalating where needed.
• Manage check-in and check-out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details in the system.
• Record and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion.
