Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Waiter/ess to join Yù & Mì Bar & Restaurant. You will take orders, serve with finesse, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.

The role reports to the RB&E Supervisor and requires strong English communication and a courteous, proactive approach. We value 2+ years in a high-volume or luxury hotel restaurant, a professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school qualification; a degree is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in luxury/hospitality dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate orders for Chinese restaurant guests and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate the POS system for billing and ensure table setting and clearing per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and ingredients to assist guests.
