Job summary

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, part of Marriott International, seeks a Non-Management Butler to attend to guests’ needs, set up rooms, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and IRD to ensure an outstanding stay. The ideal candidate has 1 year of luxury-hotel butler experience and Arabic language skills.

You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling in-room services, packing/unpacking assistance, and documenting guest interactions for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Related work experience: 1 year butler work experience in a luxury hotel.
• Arabic language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to every guest’s needs and ensure the quality of each guest’s stay.
• Set up guest rooms prior to arrival and assist with check-in/out and housekeeping coordination.
• Work with Housekeeping, Front Office and In Room Dining to ensure seamless service.
• Familiarize guests with room and hotel features and provide timely services on request.
• Log guest interactions and report any issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
