Job summary

BYD, part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, UAE, seeks a senior experiential marketing lead to plan and execute brand experiences for Denza and YangWang. You will manage launches, VIP events, roadshows, and budgets, coordinating with digital, CRM, PR, and OEM teams to deliver integrated activations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in experiential marketing within luxury environments, with strong project management, communication skills, and a UAE driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 5 years in experiential marketing, brand experience and events management.
• Demonstrated experience in luxury or premium brand environments is mandatory.
• Automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle luxury sectors strongly preferred.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple activations.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and Yangwang.
• Plan and deliver launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships, and other brand events from concept through execution.
• Create personalized luxury experiences for acquisition and retention of High-Net-Worth clients.
• Manage experiential agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts, and deliverables to brand and budget standards.
• Coordinate with digital, CRM, PR, social, internal teams to deliver integrated activations.
• Deliver activations on time, within budget, and with full compliance.
