Job summary

Al-Futtaim invites a Brand Experience Manager to lead luxury electric mobility activations in Dubai, shaping premium experiences for Denza and YangWang across launches, VIP engagements, roadshows and integrated activations.

Working within the Brand Marketing team, you will develop the annual experiential strategy, manage activations from concept to delivery, and create personalized luxury experiences for High-Net-Worth clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
5 years in experiential marketing and events management.
Experience in luxury or premium brand environments is mandatory.
Experience in automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
Strong project management and budget oversight.
Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

Develop the annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and YangWang.
Plan and execute vehicle launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships, and other brand events.
Manage experiential projects from concept development through final delivery.
Design personalized luxury experiences for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
Ensure every activation is delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to brand standards.
Maintain reporting, approvals, training, supplier contracting, and compliance throughout delivery.
Manage experiential agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts, and ensure alignment with brand and budget parameters.
Track activation expenditure and complete post-event financial reconciliation.
Coordinate integrated activations with digital, CRM, PR, social media, and OEM teams.
