Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of vehicle launch events and post‑launch activation campaigns
• Assist in creating engaging and immersive in‑showroom customer experiences across multiple BYD showrooms
• Coordinate out‑of‑showroom activations designed to increase awareness, drive test drives, and generate leads
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to deliver brand experience initiatives successfully
• Support customer journey mapping to ensure smooth and engaging customer interactions across touchpoints
• Manage activation timelines, calendars, schedules, and stakeholder coordination activities
• Assist in tracking campaign performance, customer engagement, and event effectiveness reports
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium customer experience standards across all activities
