Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a seasoned experiential marketing professional to lead the planning, development and execution of brand experiences for Denza and Yangwang in the UAE. You will shape luxury activations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure premium client experiences aligned with the Electric Mobility standards.

The role requires 5+ years in experiential marketing, a strong portfolio in luxury environments, and stakeholder management across agencies, CRM, and OEM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in experiential marketing, brand experience, events management.
• Luxury or premium brand experience is mandatory.
• Automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle luxury familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and Yangwang.
• Plan and execute launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships and events.
• Create personalized luxury experiences to acquire and retain high-net-worth clients.
• Manage agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts and deliverables to standards.
• Oversee budgets, approvals, POs, payments, spend tracking and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with digital, CRM, PR, social, internal agencies and OEM teams.
