Polène, the French luxury leather goods brand, opens a new Dubai store and seeks an experienced boutique professional to join our team. You will welcome a discerning, international clientele and deliver an exceptional Polène experience from greeting to checkout.

With at least 2 years in luxury retail, you will advise customers, upsell services, manage CRM follow-up, and support daily boutique operations, merchandising, and stock organization. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience engaging with high‑end, international clientele in a similar role.
• Passion for products, craftsmanship and leather artistry.
• Ability to integrate into a team and maintain a supportive spirit.
• Friendly demeanor with initiative to create meaningful interactions with discerning clients.
• Rigorous service orientation with proactivity and attention to detail.
• Autonomy, adaptability and resilience to manage boutique traffic.

Responsabilidades

• Creating the Polène experience by welcoming visitors and guiding purchases.
• Advise and assist customers throughout the purchase journey, delivering quality service.
• Promote and inform customers about services to encourage additional sales.
• Develop CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting.
• Ensure boutique upkeep, merchandising, stock organization, and general stockist support.
• Open and close the boutique, manage registers and daily operations.
