• Advise and assist customers throughout their purchase journey, ensuring quality service from greeting to departure.

• Promote additional sales and inform customers about services during and after purchases.
• Develop CRM client follow-up and participate in daily boutique reporting.
• Maintain boutique merchandising, sales area, and stock organization.
